I thought I should tell you a little bit about myself – My name is Linda Adcock. I am a 65 year old servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am also the mother of three grown sons who I love more than I can express in words.
My oldest son is married to a wonderful woman who is the mother of my two grandchildren, a girl and a boy.
I gave my life Jesus when I was 45 years old after my second marriage ended and I found myself questioning what exactly is my purpose here! I found the answer in a little church in Boiling Springs, PA only a block from our home there. My two youngest sons had been going to the Boiling Springs Bible Chapel and my middle son Brian called me one day when I was having a very hard time and suggested that I visit the church on Sunday. I went for a few weeks and I saw something in the people there that I definately wanted but I didn’t think it was possible for me. One Sunday, quietly sitting in the pew, lost in my own thoughts I came to realize that God was indeed real and He knew me personally and wanted me to give my life to Him. So I did!!!! My life has never been so full or so exciting! Whoever says that being a Christian is boring does not know what they are talking about. Not to mention the benefits of His peace, love and forgiveness of all my sins, past, present and future AND eternal life with Him!
Now I am on a journey! I have been called to enter the mission field full time. As the days are getting closer to Jesus return there are many souls waiting to hear about Him. I am currently serving the Lord in El Salvador. Please pray for me and follow along with me!
If you have stopped by and are sincerely searching for the truth, consider taking the steps outlined below that lead to eternal life:
A – ACKNOWLEDGE that Jesus Christ is the Son of God
But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name. (John 20:31)
B – BELIEVE that Jesus died for your sins and was raised from the dead
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. (Acts 16:31)
C – CONFESS your sins to God
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)
Read your Bible and pray everyday and begin to fellowship with other believers. God has now begun His good work in your life and you can fully trust Him to complete it.
Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: (Philippians 1:6)
God Bless you!
